I agree entirely. Johnny Vegas can be amusing in small doses, but in tonights QI he was allowed too much leeway. With a dull panel there might have been some excuse, but with the likes of David Mitchell and Rob Brydon there, it seemed a sad waste of time listening to Johnny's often infantile...

Thought it was a wonderful, wonderful film. I didn't find myself looking at a watch throughout it - it kept me really entertained, and the plot was well thought out. Wikus was a really good character, developing throughout.

I was never familiar with the cartoon or anything either. you need not know anything about it. just be prepared for big robots fighting and turning into cars.
