1) Like a half-license. In basic terms, they can't replace 1.01 with 1.11. 2) The way you were suggesting, with releasing nothing until Spring, that's a bad business move due to wasted product manufacturing and editing (since 1..11 has a couple extra scenes that need to be voiced)
