Just check out SK Telecom's website and see what their T&C's are regarding prepaid service. I know several countries (like Singapore and Malaysia) are going to be implimenting stricter rules on prepaid SIM cards. I hear HK and PH are planning to as well.

Thanks for the feedback. I was mainly looking at the 6681 because of the price on them today ($250 for brand new). The N73 looks nice, too but is $200 more. What about the earpiece volume on the 6680's?
