Very few meet all of your requirements - especially WiFi. Look at the Cingular 8525. Not sure the reason for wanting WiFi, but keep in mind that ti will not be as fast as your PC. Speed is limited by the connection, the phone's processor and memory. Plus, you will still need a a data plan...
