arg, enough talk of evanescence.. i'm relatively new here and it's already making me wanna :banghead: ... i was wondering if anyone here actually listens to power metal as such, hammerfall, dragonforce, edguy, kamelot? hardly heard any mentions of these, but i was lookin for more music along...

I half agree with this. She knows how to use her voice, but her voice is naturally rough and doesn't really fit with a lot of her songs. When she is doing that crazy heavy pop sound her voice fits amazingly well, but on some of her softer more arabient songs she can sound out of her element.

I think Pearl Jam is a good example of this, Eddie's moaning and groaning sounRAB good with the music, I can't understand a ****ing word he is saying, but it doesn't matter, sounRAB good.

Eh, its not a genre of music I'd generally dedicate time and money for... and i have little time or money, so if I do dedicate my hard earned free time and cash to a band, its because I think its REALLY good... I don't have the budget for kinda sorta okay about this CD purchasing...
