Just finished the upgrade without a hitch. Freed up 10MB. Free memory before upgrade was 31.6MB and now it's 41.2MB so I'd say it's a good thing. The process was a little different then the typical ROM updates but then less face it - there haven't been any typical ROM updates anyway.
