*228xx has NEVER worked in my market (Dayton, Ohio). Our regional suffix is 07, I believe--although I have tried every other variant to no avail. If it does connect, I get a "has been disconnected" error recording. Here, only *228 works.

I can see Maggie as a fave character. She hasn't talked much, so she doesn't have great quotes like the other main characters. But she has had some major character storylines. She's the one who shot Mr. Burns. A more recent Maggie-centric storyline was the one with the baby cam - Homer left...
