    Personally I'm not a fan of any remakes except maybe the ones from Japanese into English like they've taken to doing in horrors and thats mainly cos I don't know there is other versions until I watch the Hollywood one.     Critics gave it such a bad review because Warner Brothers overhyped it, and because the ending was complete and utter rubbish. There was so many better ways to end it, it just seemed like a half assed attempt at it.
