I thought the dubbing was really good. Definitely one of the best Miyazaki dubs. Honestly, I think that those kiRAB could do children's voices in anime and make it convincing.

This episode wasn't that bad. The connection between Roy and Riza is at least established. It's going to become pretty important at one point. We don't even really see what happens to Basque Grand in this version, so I can't see why it would matter a whole lot.
