    Air pump for fish tank? Broken?

    I have a 2.5 gal tank with one betta fish in it. Its an undergravel air pump. The pump part is still vibrating, but there arent bubbles coming out of the top. What is the problem???? What should I do?

    I can't afford an attorney,so how do i go about to get one by court?

    I know i have to go to the court and get one by them..but how? Do i have to tell the judge,or someone else? And do i have to go to a certain part in the courthouse to ask for one,or what? I have no idea how to do any of this,i have never had to do it before..I've never even been in a courthouse...
