    Rewatching films

i agree with this one-i first saw it when i was about 7 and was terrified of frank n furter but now its one of my favourites i hate it when you see a film that you LOVED years ago (and used to watch repeatedly)and then you are really disappointed by it

    The Kingdom

Did it really not do so well? I'm surprised I thought it was enjoyable. A bit different for an action film and I liked the chemistry of the actors on the team. Also, though for the most part it was just an action movie I thought the final line spoke volumes.

    Worst film of 2004

It has to be The Chronicles of Riddick for me.... It ruined any fond memories I had of Pitch Black. A true turkey!

    Silkwood - Anyone seen this?

She is fantastic in Silkwood. For Meryl Streep lovers -I watched a little afternoon movie the other day where she plays Renee Zellwegers mother. She plays Renne's mother who is dying of cancer. If you like a good weepie it's quite sad and her performance is amazing. It's called One True Thing.

    Any Blu-Ray Steelbook collectors here?

Neither do I, only remember some from my GCSE time, it's set out the same way as the UK version, so just have the uk version up too and follow it the same way as the German one, that's what I do. Some worRAB are obvious though on the German one and common sense really.

    the most disturbing film ever

Some might think it's tame but The Exorcist gave me nightmares for weeks! Another, imho for sheer jump out your seat fright is Hitchcock's Psycho - especially the scene when the (detective?) is walking up the stairs in the Bates' mansion. You know what's going to happen but it still makes you...

    A Clockwork Orange

If he was that worried about death threats you have to wonder why it was only withdrawn in the UK. It was freely available elsewhere and was on video all through the 80's and 90's

    The Lost Boys

I still find it enjoyable but in agreement with it being not so special, it's not the classic that people make it out to be. It's a masterpiece compared to the sequel though!

    Alice in Wonderland

Have you already filmed? Was Johnny Depp there? It's so annoying how little people are allowed to give away, when they do these things..! But did it look good to you, from what you saw? :)
