Most greatest hits albums miss out essential songs so I usually don't like them. However, there are some good ones like What Hits?! by RHCP which gave a great selection of their early work.

Finally saw there new video for Medicate, Davey looks like Perry Farrell now lol. It's all good though, the make up was starting to freak me out.

Audioslave to me is just...meh. Just another radio friendly mainstream band. I've heard the new album too. It's ok, but not something I would listen to on a regular basis. Still the same sound with Morellos awesome guitar work here and there.
