I think Wolfmother aren't bad, There's nothing wrong with paying tribute to your influences. I do think that Wolfmother and Priestess sound alot alike. The current trend seems to be in some circles to get back to area type rock. I have no problem with that as long as newer, more daring things...

I never even said I hated Van Halen or "Eruption," nor did I say it was a wankfest. I actually feel the opposite way, I just find "Eruption" to be overrated. But I don't totally love it of course, or EVH.
