I don't know of a web site that has parts brake-downs for your older chrysler motor, however there are some aftermarket service manuals., and they are found in many Libraries. you might try Iboats.com, they God Luck.have Sierra parts kits that might be useful. Or, try :Marine Engine.com

This is almost always a` carburetor/choke issue. If the engine is cool to cold check to see if the choke has closed. If not close it by hand. Then if the engine starts, make sure it opens correctly. This might be a leak down issue. Fuel leaks out of the carb. and pools in the intake...
