Gave my opinion of ASF in another thread but I pretty much agree with everything JCR has to say about it. The film is just ridiculous, over the top and quite laughable at times, I don't see how anybody can take it seriously.

Dawn of the Dead was an excellent 'remake', and The Italian Job wasn't really a full on remake either. The Hills Have Eyes was to me a lot better than the original Craven film. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory wasn't a remake, it was just another version of the book and closer, and I enjoyed...

I seriously don't get what the big deal is with this Megan Fox... If you like her, she will be in a new film out towarRAB the end of the year called Cracks. She has a rather big part in it going by her character in the book it's based on. Agree with this choice, I think she looks better...

Agreed! It was the best way to approach a sequel IMO. The first film had done the updated "girl and the monster" movie with all the sexual predatore undertones very well - no point doing all that again. And the stuff like having an android and him turning out to be the good guy, and the alien...

Whats the best program/site/group to check the latest house music for newsgroups? I tried torrents, but ratio systems suck... I tried blogs, but they don't have many good stuff... I tried soulseek, but it takes ages to get a file I tried other things, but they all wouldn't work that well...

The specific file/show i'm talking about is The Wire season 5 epsiode 8 x264 version. I tried to get the x264 versions of episodes 5-8 and the same problem exists for all of them IIRC. There's definitely not enough par2 to repair any of them. If Giganews removed them, how come they didn't...
