I'm trying to do some minor tuning up on my girlfriend's car but could not easily locate the fuel filter. Can someone point it out for me? Thanks.

You would need to no if it plugs in the same way as your old one ,as long as it had the same amount of prongs on the back of the face plate it would work.

You could have a weak valve guide ,that's letting oil get by the guide,you could also have a weak oil ring which would allow oil to get on the top of the piston, the only other thing i can thank of is if the head gasket is letting coolant get into the cylinder(pison).

You can replace the emblem,there usually bolted are glued into place, you should be able to get one from only chevy dealership.

I'm not sure want fuse it is ,but it should be labeled on the back of the cover(lid) of the fuse box,if all fails you could unplug the wires from the fog lights ,then tape the ends of the wire .

You should be able to turn the key off & on about 3 - 4 times before you try to start the engine,this will prime the line back up ,you might need to replace the fuel filter,it could have gotten trash into the fuel filter causing it to be clogged up.

You can usually take a pocket knife and slide it into one side of the lens to pop it right out ,should pop out easy.

I thank you should have it weighed yourself ,because this is something new to me .

I;ve seen this happen many times on chevy's,i can tell you what it is ,but not sure the right way to fix the problem,it's the main seperater door in the air vent box, i guess it has something to do with a vacuum hose,for some reason th big door is flipping ,the way i stopped them from making...

The tranny will be just fine,but are you going to tear the rear end out everytime you push the gas throttle or twist the drive line into with all that power your going to have.

You need to make sure that the fan is coming on once the engine warms up, you could have a bad thermostat or when the water pump was replaced it get a air pocket which wasn't bleed out causing the water pump not to pump.You should be able to see a bleeder valve on are around the thermostat...

My little ranger has the 3.0L engine, which i really like,it;s good on gas mileage(21mpg) has enough power to stay up with the big boys,It's just a good around small truck that will get you from point a to point b without any problems.
