I installed the file, and I do not see any additional ringtones whatsoever. It installed a app/XRT/daemon.exe and data/XRT/itwasntme.xrt but neither do anything. I have serious questions about this file and its claims. Might be simply not compatible with N90's, or could be malware of somekind...
