Why does my bike idle high then when I put the choke on it shuts off or when I go into gear and start releasing the clutch it idles right???????

This bike doesnt take premixed fuel like alot of 2 strokes it has an oil tank under the seat but there is another screw where the oil usually goes but it doesn't have a dipstick. What is that for since its not for oil??? I cant see anything in there...

When i press on the gas it barely goes anywhere. Its really slow. It doesn't do it all the time. Uphills are sometimes really slow going too. does anyone else have this problem? Do you know what it is?

My friend has a Mac whereas I have a PC. She is using ichat while i am using AIM 6.9. Whenever we videochat, we can both see each other. However, I can hear her while she cannot hear me. So basically, we can both see each other but she can't hear me. Can anyone fix this problem? IMPORTANT NOTE...
