    Why cant i make specific songs on my phone into ringtones?

    I have the HTC EVO 4G, and I have songs on it that I have downloaded from YouTube using tubemate and converted them to mp3, and I can't make the full song into a ringtone while with songs downloaded from other websites I can easily make the full song into a ringtone. Can someone help me out?
