It's funny because he mentions that the E90 doesnt have a 30fps video as of yet.....it was announced that 25 was going to be the max and aas reported that their seeing only 22fps from the proto. Either way, it's video looked better than the N95s but that could be the learning curve in holding...

I have no problems with the m4a files, perhaps yours are of a higher bit rate than the phone would support.. I am not sure if there is a limit but I doubt the phone is defective only for that file format...
