I am all about buying American, I try my hardest to buy products like pitbull for my bikes. But Nothing in buells lineup does it for me at all. I pulled into a Buell/Harley shop on my duc and then once on my bmw, the animosity alone was reason enough.

If radio isn't important you might want to check out the Memphis shades detachable batwing. Much cheaper option than most others. I bought one and had it painted to match and LOVE IT. I take it off once in while to ride without a shield locally on hot days, but my stock shield hasn't been on...

I love the V&H Classic II for there sound. No where near as loud as drag pipes, as they have a larger expansion chamber, plus they keep the classic look of the bike. My friend has a Harley with the V&H drag short pipes and they are twice as loud.

You can get the HD set up for around 550 if you buy from an on line dealer that gives a 20% discount.That would get you the upgrade kit , SE adj pushrods and you have to buy a gasket kit to do the job but only need a couple parts out of it.

If you bought it in October of 07 then your warranty is up...the keys cracking is a known manufacturer's defect. Have you ever had it replaced? It was something that was being replaced for free with another phone. You will probably not be eligible to upgrade til your contract is four months away...
