I never had any problem using TomTom 5/6 and a Holux GPSlim236 bluetooth GPS receiver with my MDA (TI OMAP 850, 195Mhz). If you want WM, get the Kaiser (when it's released) or the HTC P3600. Both has built-in GPS chip. IF you want S60v3, get the 6110 Classic, which also has GPS chip built-in.
