I currently have both n80 and e65....and i don't think anyone mentioned this yet: 1. The e65 does not have a visual radio feature...no fm/am which i really like in my n80. 2. The n80's loudspeaker is much better than the e65 But I do agree that the e65 is more solid, slim and easy to hold phone.

lol, good luck with that. have you by chance tried a different port on your computer so it tries to install the drivers again? there might be an update to windows media via windows update. don't know for sure but that is a chance. I just plugged mine in and it did its found new hardware...

Reception wise is the e815 still the king? I have a V710 and a Nokia 3589i both phones seem to have similar reception. Both phones seem to be better then most of my friends phones as far as placing calls in low signal areas. I am looking to upgrade and I need a phone with really good signal...
