My opinion of Steve Blum's Leeron: Wow. He's certainly showing off his range, and I definitely like it so far. Sure, it's a stereotypical "gay" voice, but so was the Japanese voice. And in Episode 3, they introduce my least favorite element of the series: Yoko's crush on Kamina. It never really...

No it doesn't bother me one bit. I know from checking out some info that they are not rapping about material wealth and girls bums so that's good enough for me.

1. Flea 2. Jaco 3. Steve DiGiorgio (Death, Sadus, Testament, Quo Vadis etc) 4. Geddy Lee (Rush) 5. Les Claypool (Primus etc.) 6. Marcus Miller 7. Tony Levin (King Crimson, LTE...) 8. Rob Trujillo (Suicidal Tendencies, Infectious Grooves, Metallica) 9. Steve Harris (Iron Maiden) 10. Dirk Lance...

What makes it pop sounding though? Is it just cause the sound isn't grainy or the fact that they are part of a major record label Well, I'm 21. My parents listen to a LOT of country. They also listen to some 90s stuff like Hootie, Dave Matthews, Eve6. My dad also listens to quite a bit of...

Quality. Getting into the 'Lab of late, this is the pick of the 4 LPs I have I think.

I don't know what I would do without a PMP...I had a few Walkmen, then Discman(my first one was like 300 bux in 1987), and now an Ipod and I listen to it for about 4 hours day since I don't drive and have to walk everywhere...Music makes the walks in the snow even more enjoyable and takes my...

This is one of The Church albums I don't have, don't know why, but I love Starfish so I'm gonna check this out :thurab:

Sorry I have to double post! Downloaded: Mininmalist Electronica. Shockingly my first Barrett solo album. Continuing my King Crimson education. I need to educate myself on these.

"Sometimes it's just about feeling good. John Cusack. Pop punk."

I can't believe Thom Yorke is so low.

This usually does it for me when I'm in the mood ;)

On the contrary, i happen to think the s/t is an excellent album and the Sound Of Silver as being distinctly average

That's a pretty long opening line!

It's not that it's such a bad album, it's just that it's really too long for what it is. I lost interest 2/3 of the way in.

Iron maiden....but that's a given, or atleast it should be *shakes fist*

it's takes more skill to leave the space between 4 notes per bar than it does to fill that bar with never ending arpeggios. anyone who claims bass is for people who don't know how to play guitar has likely never learned how to do more than play connect the dot rock on their guitar.

I like a few crappy Metal banRAB such as Soil and GoRABmack for some reason. I would call them easy listening-seriously. Easy to listen to. Not much attention needed and there's a guitar on it!
