I have tried that and it usually backfires. My local Cineworld decided to stop early afternoon screenings during the week so no films start before 4pm. before you could go to 1pm screenings which would be nice and quiet. I suppose they cant justify opening in the daytime for just a few people.

Lost in Translation was one of the most boring films I have ever seen, I nodded off halfway through. How it received an Oscar I will never know.

I think it's based somewhere like that. The series has been filmed around Ruislip, Finchley, Harrow and somewhere near Staines. I'm pretty sure the Warwick episode was shot somewhere in London. :)
