v3xx has newer UI which is way better then the old razr's. Since you do a lot of web browsing i would suggest something with a bigger screen.

One mic = mono. Even if you see "stereo" in the video stream, it could be from a mono source. When did nokia put two mikes on phones? Why would you even want stereo from a phone anyway? It would sound the same as mono.
