I have a huge list of sound tracks which i like the most. But one I use to hear most of the times is from the movie "Fast and the Furious" while they were racing underground and one of them lost the race, later the one who lost the race won the movie and the girl.

Although Christopher Nolan has stated that he is NOT interested in introducing the Penguin, I personally think he would fit into the current arc perfectly. A "gentleman of crime" gangster who could take control of Gotham's gangs. More like the character portrayed in the original comic books...
