I am a new T3 user and I get various crashes and have to use soft reset. The palm is a week old and I have got more than 10 so far. Ideas???

If you're impatient and only charge it up an hour, it can be remedied - let it go flat and THEN charge it all night. You'll be rewarded in the long run with longer battery life times between charges. Also, PSzalapski's #4 point above . . . . brilliant.
