    South Park - "Funnybot" - Talkback [5/4]

I guess black people are the only one's who find Madea funny. Nice reference at the end to the real life news.

Minor characters the writers are unjustly cruel to

"Crawl"? "Crewl"? Don't you have spell check? But bad spelling of the word "cruel" aside, I can name one, and I'm sure all of us can agree... Meg (from Family Guy): Seriously, what has this character done to deserve this treatment? Ever since this show was revived, the character has...

What does backup software actually do for a Palm?

I have read these posts with much interest, as my PALM was actually the first "computer" I had -- I'm the only nutjob on the planet who bought a PC as a PERIPHERAL to the Palm so I could load new software!! Card Backup was my only option in the beginning, so maybe I'm biased. I have 60 apps...

The Simpsons - "The Bob Next Door" - Talkback [5/16]

Well, this was perhaps Bob's freakiest appearance. I found it pretty nasty with the literal face stealing. Couldn't he have just used a mind-switcher? I think it's obvious that Frink has one of those. Funny how he ended up being caught in this episode, though it was ashame that the family wasn't...

"The Simpsons 20th Anniversary Special - In 3-D! On Ice!" Talkback (Spoilers)

Was the Simpsons on ice footage taken from a circa 1990-1991 Ice Capades touring show?

    Fox and Futurama

IMO, Fox has gone out of its way to please Futurama fans after the series was cancelled. Wasn't greenlighting not one but FOUR direct to video movies enough? Futurama isn't the cash cow Family Guy is which is why FG was renewed. It might grab decent enough ratings but it never has made as much...

Animated series that were pulled before their time

Spectacular Spider-man: a series that was cut down in its prime due to idiotic mismanagement by both Sony and Marvel. 26 episodes of a show with no characters that I didn't enjoy watching, and I'm not sure I could say that about any show I've watched EVER!

Cartoons/animated shows too painful to watch twice

Any episode of Drawn Together- Nothing but unfunny racist jokes and toilet humor. That one Futurama episode where Fry's girlfriend comes to the furture. It was too painful for me to watch because it nothing but a big screw you to Fry. The last 2-3 seasons of Simpsons because I feel every...

In retrospect, was the 4kids TMNT series a success?

    1. Nostlagia for the 80s show turned older people away. 2. Airing on a network no one watches. No matter how good a show is, if no one knows about it/can watch it then it's doomed. 3. Was probably too creative for most viewers to comprehend (each episode flowing into the next with not much...

"Jim Elbrecht" ha scritto nel messaggio "Giusi" Ni numbers. I heard a report on a food and wine show on TV and was shocked to hear that what I could not buy here started here. How many? Well, everyone Italian I know outside of cities makes wine. They all make it in wooden barrels. Many...
