The Imponderable Questions of the Cartoon World

I actually know the answer to this one. Super-hero costumes were originally based on circus performers' costumes, who used to wear a set of trunks over their tights to de-emphasize their, um, packages.

Article: Family Guy Could end in a few years

At least he admits his show might have run it's course, unlike Matt Groening and James L. Brooks. I love The Simpsons and all, but fans have been begging to end the show for ten years now.

TyTN ok, but not ok.. what else in this class?

Hey all, I have a TyTN. Love the featureset. Hate: - WM5 (lots of things bugging me) - the constant, incessant, flashing leds - the keyboard of excessive blueness, that blinds me when I gaze at it - the short battery life (although, it does not anger me I suppose, and I would buy a long-life...

    S620/Dash, E61, or Treo 680?

I didn't want to take over the other thread on this, so I'm gonna make my own . The question is - E61, S620, or Treo 680? I've been using Palm OS devices all my life, but currently it's just not meeting all my needs. But, I don't really know what I should get. I've used S60 (Nokia 6681) and I...

Activesync - Highly unreliable over GPRS

I use 1.3, but the 1.3.1 only adds "features", but nothing about connection stability. Plus, you had no issue with 1.3 (I assume thats what you got), so its probably something to do with my POS carrier. Canada, land of beaver built cell towers.

    Tiger Direct Carries N73 now

Yeah, they have a warehouse close to where I live, but they have started putting warehouses all over. Their Iron Clad 30 day return on cell phones is nice. I prefer buying from them than GSM imports, also this is the US version (so 12 months labor/parts)
