Oh, another candidate, Honoo no Tenkousei aka Blazing Transfer Student, this is a 1991 OVA that was made by GAINAX, and created by Kazuhiko Shimamoto (the creator of Meito Anizawa/Anime Tencho and the character designer of G Gundam) It is an epic comedy classic!!

My favourite t-shirt is my brown 'Eels' shirt bought at his concert in Melbourne Australia at the Atheneum theatre. It has a happy family shot all wearing the letter E on their chests. Very cool
