From a form factor the two sliders seem much similar. But you're right, feature for feature the e90 is a better comparison for the n95.

Not yet, but I can see that being a feature sometime soon. As of now you can only rip Audio CD's to the HDD (not MP3). It is a video game console, how much more do you want it to do ? It'll play DVDs, and in a few months there will be a HD-DVD addon drive avaible for 100 bucks. Arcade games...
