Fantastic! R.E.M. is one of my favorites.

You should include the "Doubles" album, pretty terrific tracks on there. Looking forward to seeing this review thread growing man :)

^ I don't think Speed of Sound is that bad. I would have to say that Jugulator by Judas Priest is probably the worst album I've ever heard. Any of the songs on it qualify for this thread.

As I stated I personally think it shares very few traits with Post Rock and comes from an alternative background as opposed to a Rock orientated background. Post Rock is generally about peaks and troughs whereas Mice Parade sort of 'float'. Terrible description but the best I can come up with...

I saw this interview a while ago with Roger Waters where he said that it actually took a lot of persuading on the banRAB part to get "Interstellar Overdrive" and "Pow R. Toc H" on the final album because the producer wasnt interested in them, he was more interested in Barrett's pop songs.

ArabIENT/ELECTRONICA TOP 5 5. LArab-BEST KEPT SECRETS (The Best Of 1996-2004) The album opens with Cotton Wool and the twisted Jazz influenced drum sequences subvert your ear drums with a non linear time signature. You know that this is no by-the-nurabers band. A duo that specialised in an...

Jane Fonda was the only thing I liked about Monster In Law.

I'm sure however you feel about Iraq, you realize the importance of an orderly American withdrawal that leaves the region stabile and secure. The trouble is that this is a long-term project, and it's an embarrassment to the Bush Adminstration to admit that when they had initially planned for a...

You've got me curious now mulldoon - why?

I ordered mine from CD WOW which is region 2 & 4. There's lots of strange languages to choose from so I take it my version is different to a normal region 2 version? That's good to know and it only cost

No one will ever be able to answer the question now! *Evil laugh* :D Also, it's still on Amazon (UK) for pre-order here.

Ditto. Distincly average. :) It would have been totally fine without her altogether, and I love CZJ, so its nothing personal at all.

I remember that, it was very depressing. I think it might have just been called Tattoo...

Bear in mind, 12A means the BBFC does not deem this movie to be suitable for under 12s at all. You can take an under 12, but it goes against their advice. I'd certainly think very carefully about taking a 5 year old to a movie the BBFC doesn't consider suitable for an 11 year old.

I love them but dislike the fact that comedy films put all their best jokes in them so when you get to see the film you've heard it before and don't laugh a bit.

/dies self Oh, whew. :whipes forehead: I will make this one time offer ;) . I will return crits to anyone who crits my song I wroted. :)

Armor For Sleep Thrice etc

The soundtrack is supposed to mirror the 4 seasons of the year that the film is divided into. Thats why it sounRAB a bit repetitive, though none of it is actually repeating as such. One of the best films ever made. Btw its Sarah Goldfarb not Sarah "I'm in love... I'm in love" Goldfrapp !!! :P

ooh, ohh! Spider-man 2!

Which do you prefer, the 3 Rush Hour movies or the 2 Shanghai movies (Shanghai Noon & Shanghai Knights)? I like both but I think I prefer the Shanghai ones, their somehow more funny IMO. I also posted a topic on the TV Programmes forum about Rush Hour vs the old TV show Martial Law lol see:-...
