Yeah, it's still called 4KidsTV. "The Game Station" is just a subtitle that they added to the block. I would think that FOX does pay attention to the block but cares only to see that it meets E/I requirements. Whether they care about the shows themselves is doubtful.

Honestly I'd say Rugrats was at its peak from 94-96, the years it was cancelled. Why? Well, the ratings during that two year span for the reruns were good enough to inspire the bringing back of the show for new episodes in 96. The Simpsons' ratings aren't low at all. It's the third highest-rated show on Fox right now (behind House and Family Guy) and it's consistently around 4.0 in the 18-49 demo. Total viewers don't matter in advertising, and thus don't matter in ratings. And if you don't believe me...

Because Adobe has yet to release a full version of Flash for Android. The Hero has a lite version of Flash, but a lot of stuff will still not load. The main problem, as I understand it, is that Flash is very CPU intensive and mobile phones can't play Flash with the same ease that desktop CPUs...
