IMHO, the Treo's are all jungue. I had 3 Treo 600s and a 650 and finally gave up and went to a BB 8700c. Great move!
What are your requirements first of all. How do you plan on using the device?

It runs S60. The reason it is called Navigator is because of the dedicated Navigation button and in comes with Nokia Maps (smart2go) installed.
