When I read about the sequel, I had a short blonde moment and I was wondering if Leo's gonna be in it too. Then I remembered that oh yeah, his character died in the movie. :goof:

I know! That was the biggest bummer for me. :( He truly deserves it and I just hope and believe that he will get it one day. He certainly has potential to win cos he's excellent in every single role.

Yeah, I would have loved Mark to win! Then again, I was rooting for Djimon too... :lol:

I'm very happy for Marty finally winning and The Departed getting the best picture, I would have been so disappointed if they had given it to Babel. But yay for Marty & The Departed! :yay: I'm only bummed about Leo not winning. I didn't care about the other categories so they're ok with me...

When my 13-year-old cousin saw the movie for the first time and realized it was Tom Cruise, not Mike Meyers playing Austin Powers, he was like: "Eww, Tom Cruise! I don't want watch this! Let's not watch this!" :lol:

I don't even have the DVD yet so I'll take whatever edition they'll release here. :lol: Matt would have deserved a nomination too, I agree. :nod: And maybe Jack too. But the whole cast was great.

I surely hope The Departed will win. It was an excellent movie.

I could watch the Back to the Future trilogy over and over again and never get bored. I love especially the 1st movie. It's always so exciting to see if Marty gets to the clock tower in time. I also love both of the Lord of the Rings movies, I wanna watch them all the time I'm so gonna love...

Do you mind if I snag? I've seen the movie twice, I think it's very impressive. After I saw it the first time, I had difficulties to articulate my feelings. It definitely takes time to fully understand the movie and the meaning of the events it portrays. So I'm glad I went to see it again...

Colin Firth in Bridget Jones's Diary and especially in Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason. Watching him makes you wanna be Bridget and marry Mark Darcy, too! :drool: :lol:

Me too! It's almost like if the critics don't like it, I know I will and vice versa. :lol: Well, not of course in every case but I don't listen to critics very much. Of course if a film has been bashed in the media, I have my doubts of going to see it but that's mainly cos I don't have unlimited...

All the 3 LOTR soundtracks, definitely. I also think that The passion of the Christ had pretty impressive score, I'll probably buy that one soon. I prefer scores, I think they're better than the soundtracks that are just a compilation of songs which very often weren't even made for the movie...
