I just wish they'd get rid of Brock. Seriously, is this a joke? Brock's character gets progressively worse and worse with each passing generation. His only saving grace in DP was his Croagunk. Take Croagunk out of the picture, and Brock was utterly forgettable. Dawn's probably on her way out...

Yeh, it is part of the movie, although you have a boring 5 minute wait for it. (AfterwarRAB there were a few complaints from the remaining audience in the showing i went to, for its short length.) So what did the questinnaire ask?

The titles were the best bit: the cinema audience collectively wet itself when the letters zoomed out into the auditorium. Went downhill after that, apart from the scene with tv aerial poking out of the screen which was pretty impressive.:cool:

Movies are on TV all the time, and I for one sometimes miss them on the TV listings, then when people say "Oh did you watch ____ last night" i realise I have missed it and Im gutted!! So, I think it would be a good idea to have a thread where people can post what movies are coming up on TV:)...

If they were going to Americanise a popular anime then Ghost in the Shell would have been a better bet than Akira. It wouldn't suffer so much from being set in the US but having Akira set outside Japan pretty much kills it stone dead.

I have the English version that was made a couple of years ago which is really funny might have to get the American version to see if thats as good
