That should be returned if it's that bad. I've experienced 0 crashes with my N80 where my previous N73 would crash sometimes twice a day. My E61 was stable as well with the FW upgrade.

I noticed that it had the jittery problem on my big screen tv (50 somethin inches) bacik home. But, when I have it on my small tv in the dorm, its fine. I think its a problem withe the distance the remote is from the sensor bar.
