I used to adore that show as a kid, but in retrospect, they were trying too hard. That said, I echo this sentiment, especially Otto's obnoxiousness. Plus I doubt half of the lingo they had were used by real skateboarders. (Like Beef, for instance)

There's no possible way anyone knows this answer. Kids don't start watching cartoons when they're 4. They start before they are even 1. So, obviously no one is gonna remember what they were watching at 1. A better question would be, "what do you REMEMBER as the first cartoon you saw?"
