urs solder job was shitty.......u either didn't get a good connection or u are grounding out......or u soldered the wrong wires... this is one of the reasons i tell ppl to twist wires together and test stuff b4 the bother soldering....but o well need to fix it now.....good luck

lol....any shop can fix this.....its just a matter of having the sending unit replaced....normally....honestly tho every jeep wrangler/cj i have dealt with have had fuel sending unit problems...the cj5 in my yard gauge doesn't work on...... i haven't bothered to replace the sending unit simply...

well if basically boils down to what u want out of ur tires.......if u want to purchase a warranty...walmart or sears or good year will b ur best bet because those are everywere u go.....so u wont get stuck having to buy more tires and trying to get reimbursed...which wont happen..... if u dont...

buy haynes manual will give u step by step process..... but if i remember correctly...u have to take off the fender well and it unbolts from the rear..... now if ur just trying to change the bulb it pops out from rear u may have to remove air box depending on which side.....

is the woodruff key way damaged?? cas that is a common problem on this engine.....it allows the pulley to move and this lets it vibrate off the shaft....the only good way to fix it is engine rebuild since u cant get crankshaft machined wile in ur car........ u can also try and cut a longer key...
