I don't know if it's different for everybody, but in my experience it wasn't 5 minutes per call - it was 5 minutes, indefinitely. After I used up my 5 minutes with (free) VOIPCheap, it took me about a week before I could call again. I don't recommend it unless you're willing to pay the 10 euros...
