Slinger, Especially when you're folding Gromacs your CPU-temp can go up quite a bit. For me this was a serious problem as I'm addicted to "silent computing" too, having a low airflow rig etc. When you fold (and you should when you have your rig running anyway), keep an eye on those temps...

I haven't had any recent infections that I know of, but I did have surgery about 8 weeks ago and they may have given me antibiotics or something else. On the other hand I'm not sure if they started up before or after the surgery. I also got started on some new asthma meds.
