I just need to vent this out, went to see Epic Movie last night (because we just missed the start of the film I wanted to see) and since then I've been trying to think of a worse film I've seen. It was just AWFUL from start to finish. I've never seen a film try so hard to be funny and fail...

Maybe because it is on a list of movies I dont like on a personal level just as the thread title asks us to give.

Shrek....the first one, I took my nephews as they wanted to see it. I thought it was going to be bad but I really enjoyed it. I loved Shrek 2 but don`t get me started on Shrek 3 :cry:

I think it's an addictive behavior, that's why it's so hard to stop. Self injury to scab picking, they're mood altering. That's the basis for all addictions.

I think thats the American title of the book.... In a way it fits better with the other book titles: The Golden Compass The Subtle Knife The Amber Spyglass All being an item and an adjective.

I doubt it. The thing about this 3D technology (from the films I've seen so far) is that it works best when used with subtlety - and obviously the more subtle it is, the closer it gets to 2D.

The Anchor Bay dvd of BOSC was not anamorphic so has been superceded by the recent re-release although the AB ones are worth keeping for the extras despite the extras being different on the boxset disc to the individual disc According to Amazon the commentary is on both AB versions

Thanks for the info. I'm sure whatever the picture's like it'll be better than that of my current copy. :) I always liked the first half of the movie, but nothing beats the ending. You can't get any more 80s than the ending of this movie. :D
