What if: Harry Potter had its own animated series?

But what if it aired with a TVPG on Toonami and was done by the director of Fullmetal Alchemist? Then it might actually be worth watching.

Cartoons depictions of non-WWII-related 20th/21st century wars?

Winsor McCay's Sinking of the Lusitania is probably the most famous one.

When cartoon characters go on reality TV

The Simpsons took part in a reality show spoofing 1900's turn-of-the-century lifestyles.

    General Animation TV Ratings Thread

I think its amazing how a rerun of Family Guy on Adult Swim last Wednesday beat out a new episode of Futurama on Thursday in total viewers. And by a lot too. Just shows the staying power of the show.

    Favorite Post-Movie SpongeBob episodes?

Even though most of the new SB episodes are crap, there are few decent ones I must admit. Some of those include "Frenemies" (the one where Krabs and Plankton team up because of competition from a kelp drink stand), "Krabby Road" (if only for the reference to The Beatles' Abbey Road album)...

    Showblockers!

Thanks for clearing that up. I was going to mention Johnny Test from the series of the same name, but although Johnny is irritating as heck and is the worst part of his own show, he can't be a showblocker, since he's the title character and is a constant presence on his series.

Blog Talkback: Toons of the 2000s: Reviewed Cartoons You Probably Haven't Seen, But Really Should

I really think the reason more anime appeared on the list is due to how most of us don't see all of the anime out there, and don't even hear about it. With cartoons here, we hear about most of the toons, more than we hear about anime, so less goes under the radar. Of that, less obscurity means...

    T5 Voice Recording

While it is a shame that the voice recording function was not included with the T5, I have some ideas of how this could be added: 1. Develop a special voice recording adapter that snaps onto the T5's cable connector. This could be similar in design to the iPod's Griffin iTalk Voice Recorder...

    Agendus Graffiti S/Cuts

Since I use the Treo most of the time - I haven't found a shortcut that will do this. I'll add iit to the wish list at Agendus.

    SEGA starts Animation Studio

That's not surprising, the Night of the Werehog short was very good. I'm not sure if Sega would be willing to create another Sonic show/movie, but we probably will see more Sonic shorts.

Family Guy - "Welcome Back Carter" - Talkback [10/10]

I liked the scene where Carter wrote Peter's catch phrases. I've already been quoting "Tell it to my butt!"

South Park - "Pandemic 2: The Startling" - Talkback [10/29]

Show me anyone who could think up a Guineasaurus Rex, and I'll show you someone high. :p Edit:....and now a Guinea pirate. I think the smoking of crack has been unofficially confirmed. :p

Blog Talkback: Toons of the 2000s: Bottom 5 Cartoons

I've only seen a few episodes of Loonatics: Unleashed, but based on those episodes - and having seen the majority of classic Looney Tunes shorts - I couldn't agree more. The animation style (and background) was the only thing that didn't botter me on that show, however that didn't make up for...

TMNT: Back to the Sewers Pre-talkback

Teletoon ditched TMNT after Season 4. They haven't shown Fast Forward or the Lost Season so I don't see why they'd show Back to the Sewer either.
