Eh, not really. I just never bought into the rabid 'Azumanga Daioh is the most hilarious show EVER!' hype. Lucky Star has some rabid fans itself, but not to the extent of Azumanga.

I get the intention and the reason why you would wanna do it like that, but having a Top (best, most etc) Anything List with restrictions like that seems kinda silly. If you wanna have that kind of "ground" rule then your list goes from a Top (best, most etc) list to a "what are the best shows...
