I received mine (west coast) today for a 9200 (needs a card now) and a 3100. None for a 6141. Took 5 minutes or less on phone. 1/2 hour later the 3100 came back on the 9200 took about 5 minutes. A good experience.

Just call them and tell them you are now in the USA and see how fast they will cut you offf. Use their "rules" to your advantage.

It is interesting that Bell can turn you on (dish only) almost instantly and bill accordingly but it takes up to 30 days to fulfill a request to be turned off and of course Bell bills for this extra time.

YES!!!! on my 9200. This must be the improved service Bell is charging for.

I don't mean to personaly attack but merely to expose them to "the other side" and not jut the brainwashing that they receive from above. Can you imangine the US police wasting the time to shut down all the Bell dishes in the USA and will the RCMP waste their time chasing all the users of Dish...

So what you are saying is that Bell is enforcing US laws (not Canadian) when the US Police or US satellite providers don't care. Or as the CRTC says it is Bell's business policy. It is time they went out of business or go to Cuba or Communist China.
