If you transfer from a community college to a university, will you be two years into the university degree, or would you still need to go four years?

...to get further educated? I would like to go to USMA, and then after graduating from there, going to another college to get further education. I would like to know if I can use a ROTC scholarship in the other college that I would go to even though I would already be an officer.

How many of you would like to have competely free education on internet from a internet based university with no formal affiliation? Would you join this proposed university, if it provides you best education that may not be recognised any where?
