    Politely tell them you're "stuffed", But sit at lunch table and have some very light thing to eat or drink. Converse with them, may be saying some nice jokes..

    If i get a ticket for weed and go to jail and pay bond..do i still have to go to court?

    Maybe, if you fail to attend court, the court may take your bond (that is why you post it, to back up your promise that you will be to your court dates), issue a warrant for your arrest and once they get you, may hold until your case is resolved ie - without bond. That is a worst case scenario...
