    What is the best exercise? Running, biking, or stair climbing?

    I really want to get fit and slim down my legs. I would like to know which of these exercises would help me get achieve this faster. Running, biking, or stair climbing? by "stair climbing" i mean running up and down flights of stairs. lol not sure if this is a valid exercise.
