    Can I use VHT 1200 degree F paint on my headers for a 99' Suzuki Intruder 1400?

    The newbie I am, I used 500 degree VHT on my headers and they peeled right away and smoked like crazy. I just stripped the headers.... again. I just want to know if 1200 degree VHT will be good enough.
